As an EU-funded project, participation in the dialogue was crucial for us as we are developing a wood waste classification framework that will help to improve material flow management and support the transition towards a more circular wood supply chain in the European Union.
One of the main conclusions of the poster was this: A cascade valorisation approach combining Microwave-assisted Hydrothermal Carbonisation (MW-HTC) and gasification is viable for treating moist wood-industry residues for obtaining a H2 and CO2 rich syngas.ย
