The W2W skills development strategy aims to recommend targeted training programmes that enable organisations to equip their workforce with the skills required for the effective adoption and deployment of the project’s technical innovations. This section highlights collaboration efforts with external organisations in skills development.

ICCS serves as the project coordinator, leading work packages pertaining to project coordination and management. In addition, ICCS is also leading the work packages referring to the management of waste streams, and it is also collaborating in the work packages aimed at developing digital technologies to improve the circular flows of secondary materials.
