Wood2Wood project will be participating at the European Robotics Forum 2025 (ERF) taking place in Stuttgart, Germany on March 26 from 8:30 to 9:50 am in a workshop on During this workshop, End-Users of AI and Robotics applications will present their ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น-๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐น๐ฑ ๐๐๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐, along with a poster session to foster meaningful networking with research organisations, technology providers, and system integrators.
From the W2W project, ICCS-I-Sense will represent the consortium at the event. Dr. Fotios Konstantinidis and Konstantinos Kokkalis from ICCS’ Industry 5.0 and Smart Manufacturing division will speak at the workshop. During this workshop, the experts will highlight insights from the W2W project, especially on “Advanced classification and robotic sorting for wood waste valorisation”.
End-Users will be able to showcase their challenges to a diverse audience base ranging from technology providers, system integrators, and research organisations, including European-Union funded projects, such as Wood2Wood, RECLAIM project, REDOL EU project, DigInTrace project, among others.
The workshop will have a total of five presentations from End-Users and each presentation is allowed 10 minutes for actual presentation followed by 2 minutes for question and answers (Q&A).
The ERF is a flagship event of the European Robotics Association (euRobotics) that brings together industry, scientific community and public to discuss and share knowledge on the state-of-the-art in robotics and AI innovation to a diverse audience.
This event is especially beneficial for ๐๐ป๐ฑ-๐จ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐. So, if you are searching for an automation solution to your Use Case, we invite you to submit a challenge poster.
Template for the poster is available here. Send the poster as a PowerPoint to ramez.awad@ipa.fraunhofer.de by March 14.
