Recently, one of our consortium partners in the project, CIGIP-UPV, presented their contributions in the Wood2Wood project at ICE/IEEE ITMC held in Valencia, Spain. One of the main conclusions of the poster was this: A cascade valorisation approach combining Microwave-assisted Hydrothermal Carbonisation (MW-HTC) and gasification is viable for treating moist wood-industry residues for obtaining a H2 and CO2 rich syngas.ย
